Just a little note here, which isn't apparent from these pictures because there isn't really a way of showing this in photographs:
DOS discs are interleaved, that is track 0 appears at track 0 of head 1 and then track 1 is still at track 0 but on head 2 and so on until you get to track 158 which is on head 1 of track 79 and finally track 159 is on head 2 of track 79.
How do I know this? Because when you format an ADFS disc and it gets to track 80, you hear the drive mechanism "rewind" back to the beginning so it can start again on the other disc surface. This doesn't happen when DOS Plus is formatting, which means the drive mechanism only makes a single pass along the disc, writing tracks alternately on each surface.
