Remember that the DOS Plus System discs are very important. You can't run the Master 512 co-processor without them (unless you are using a Winchester disc installation, but more of that another time!). So the first thing to be thinking about when DOS Plus is running is to copy the four system discs.
Acorn provided a utility for this purpose. Typing DISK at the command prompt will load the DOS Plus disc maintenance utility, bringing up the menu shown above. The first thing we need to do is to create a Bootable DOS disc.
