Sideways RAM Modules
These are 62256 chips, officially 32K chips, but I originally used them to make 16K RAM modules, which required one flying lead soldering to provide the write line. They can even for some of the boards which used 6264 8K chips, although to use two 62256 chips to make a single 16K bank of RAM is a bit of a waste. By this time, I was making 32K RAM modules to get twice the amount of SRAM from a single ROM socket, which involves a second flying lead to sort out the addressing into the ROM table for the two banks inside the chip.
