My Econet clock is an SJ Research Clock. This is regarded as the best Econet clock available due to the amount of flexibility it gives over setting the network speed.

I use the clock when I am not using the FileStore which transmits its own clock signal or if I need to use Station 200 which does not receive the FileStore clock for some reason.

The pictures are in fact my spare Clock. It would have been too difficult to disentangle the actual clock from the mass of wires under my desk which form my network.

I keep a spare mainly as a precaution but I hope one day to have a second Econet, perhaps with the four Masters in another room and linked to the existing net with a Bridge.
