Second Compact Flash Drive
I always use these - Kingston 4GB CF cards, because I know they work correctly and are reliable, and because they are reasonably priced. They are in fact too big for the CF drive, because the maximum drive size under 8-bit ADFS is 512MB, which requires 1GB of flash card space per drive, since the BBC loses half of the capacity when it converts 512-byte sectors to 256-byte sectors so that ADFS will work. Two volumes are permitted for each card, so the biggest card size without any waste would be 2GB. It doesn't really matter if it's bigger, and I can usually get these 4GB cheaper (for some reason or other) than other manufacturers' 2GB cards!
