Even More ROM Service Calls
As shown here, unlike the description in the manual, what in fact appears to happen is that *OFFER does not exclusively offer the command to the ROM number given, but offers to sideways ROMs beginning with that number and working down - here there is no *ROMS in 15 or 14, so the search continues until ROM 4 claims the command.
