When the Carry On bi-weekly series came out in January 2004, I jumped at a chance to build up a nice set of all the Carry On films to replace my decaying set of home video recordings which I had started back in 1988. There was a choice of format, either those curious little shiny discs which break down as soon as they come into contact with a crumb or an eyelash, or a set of sturdy VHS video tapes. You can see what I chose in the picture above.

There are 34 videos in all. The last 4 contain the 13 episodes of the "Carry on Laughing" TV series from 1975. The remaining 30 contain all the Carry On films, including "That's Carry On", with the exception of "Carry On Columbus" which was not included for some reason!
