This is the titled side of the disc, with "North Polar Expedition" printed on the label. This actual disc surface does not contain any actual data as the LV-ROM player reads from the underside so the disc would be inserted into the laserdisc player this way up and the data read from underneath.

I imagine the label is a standard Philips label with the disc title overtyped as required, although it does suggest the intriguing possibility that other AIV discs might have been planned by Philips.
