My "txwait" function sends the F-code specified in the first parameter and polls for a player acknowledgement for up to the number of seconds given in the second parameter. This is useful for certain commands which may take a few seconds, such as spinning the disc up to speed from standby, or requesting a far-away position on the disc.

On this occasion, asking for picture number 79999 doesn't complete immediately with a negative acknowledgement, instead there is a delay, and some disc activity.
