SCSI Maximum Frame
The error is caused during the VFS SCSI call with op code &CA, which means write an F-code to the player. Most of the time the player isn't interested in vetting the command which has been sent, so an error here is quite surprising. Usually, any error indication would be returned in a negative acknowledgement when reading the next F-code from the player.
