These are the William Hartnell CD releases. The final one is an unabridged reading of the original Doctor Who novel by David Whitaker, "Doctor Who in an Exciting Adventure With The Daleks", based on the original Dalek story but with a different beginning as to how the characters meet. It is read by William Russell who played Ian Chesterton between 1963 and 1965.

All the missing shows have now been released on audio CD, but that hasn't stopped the BBC from screwing Dr. Who fans for even more money, as they have now started bringing out the soundtrack of stories which do exist in full in the BBC archives. The first one was "The Ark" and you can see that it is in my collection above.
