Rather a lot of Troughtons, due to the absence of his work in the BBC archives, but it's good that we can at least hear what went on between 1966 and 1969.
Most of these CDs are narrated by Frazer Hines, who played Jamie in all but the Second Doctor's debut story. The only exception is "The Power of the Daleks", narrated by Anneke Wills and "The Wheel in Space", narrated by Wendy Padbury.
In fact, the copy of "The Power of the Daleks" is not the audio CD release; you will see that a bit later. This is the first in a series titled "Doctor Who Reconstructed". The soundtrack is on the disc in MP3 format and there is a video element as well which can be viewed using a computer or D.V.D. player.
During the 1960s - apparently - there was a chap who went along taking photographs of his TV set to make a permanent record of TV programmes as they were being broadcast. By a miracle even more amazing than the discovery of the soundtrack of all the missing Doctor Who episodes, he very cleverly took snapshots of nearly all the missing episodes as well, at a rate of about 60 photographs per episode!
The snapshots taken from the original broadcast of "The Power of the Daleks" are presented on this release, with the Doctor Who title sequence pasted onto the beginning and a set of end credits generated at the close of each episode.
