Doctor Who

Collection

This photograph shows some the BBC audio releases which are not the full soundtracks of televised adventures.

We have "Doctor Who and the Pescatons", the story by Victor Pemberton which was released on LP record in 1976, "Genesis of the Daleks/Exploration Earth", featuring a heavily-edited compilation soundtrack from the first Davros story as well as a special short story which was part of a children's educational radio series in the 1970s.

"Travels in the TARDIS vol. 2" is a nice collection of readings of Dr. Who novelisations by Doctors, including Jon Pertwee reading Terrance Dicks' novelisation of Terry Nation's "Planet of the Daleks".

"Slipback" is the radio serial by Eric Saward broadcast in 1986 and starring the Sixth Doctor and Peri, and the final two are the 1990s original radio stories by Barry Letts featuring the Third Doctor and Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and Sarah-Jane Smith.
