This is the "Travels in Time and Space" tin. Novelisations of Dr. Who adventures didn't really take off until the Target paperbacks of the 1970s. Just three stories were turned into novels in the 1960s - "The Daleks", or "The Mutants" as it was known back then before the Jon Pertwee story of the same name, "The Web Planet" and "The Crusade". The novelisations became "Dr. Who in an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks", or "Doctor Who and the Daleks" when it was reprinted, "Doctor Who and the Zarbi" and "Doctor Who and the Crusaders".

Each of these novels is read on 5 compact discs by William Russell. The Dalek one is in fact the same recording as the MP3 version which came out earlier on a single disc.
