I've owned all these books from new, although "The Making of" was bought as-new because it's a 1970s edition. The Tom Baker script book isn't associated with the Titan Books issues of the 1990s. It's a BBC book containing all the scripts and background information about Tom Baker's first season. It also claims to be the first of many, which it never was. Another BBC broken promise.
