The Patrick Troughton era fares very badly on BBC video. This is because the majority of the Second Doctor's episodes were burnt by the BBC in the early 1970s when they were felt to be of "no further commercial use". Surely the most short-sighted policy ever pursued in the history of broadcasting, the ill-effects of which Dr. Who fans are still feeling over 40 years later.
What you see above is a complete set of Patrick Troughton video releases, apart from "The Seeds of Death" which was one of those appalling omnibus editions the BBC are so fond of chopping together.
I have owned "The Tomb of the Cybermen" and "The Invasion" - also involving the Cybermen - from new. I recall much excitement in 1992 when a complete film print of "The Tomb of the Cybermen" turned up in Hong-Kong, just in time for a BBC video release shortly before the Dr. Who 30th anniversary! Remarkable!
