Econet Layouts
Here's a three-station network. The cabling and socketing infrastructure is provided by Y-leads which split a DIN socket into two. For this setup, we need 3 Beebs - represented by the 3 Econet kits - 3 Y-leads, 6 Econet leads, two terminators, and a Clock and PSU.
The two left-most Y-leads are joined together with an Econet lead, leaving the outer DIN outlets free. The left-most one has a terminator added, and the right-most one has another Econet lead connected, which then plugs into the Clock.
The next Econet lead comes from the second Clock outlet to the third Y-lead, which is terminated on the far side by a second terminator.
This creates the Econet infrastructure with Clock and terminators, and leaves the single socket end of each of the 3 Y-Leads free to connect a BBC or other Econet station using an Econet lead.
